Candice Braggins

Director & Lawyer

Candice combines her knowledge of Property Law with extensive Real Estate experience having previously worked with one of Australia’s leading real estate agencies. Areas of specialty include residential conveyancing, subdivisions and consolidations, and Powers of Attorney. Candice completed her Bachelor of Laws at Bond University before being admitted as a legal practitioner of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2006.

Since her legal admission, Candice has furthered her academics with the University of Melbourne and also experienced an international curriculum at Sorbonne Law School in Paris, co-sponsored by Cornell Law School. She has a particular interest in dispute resolution, aiming to assist her clients to achieve their primary objectives efficiently through a problem-solving approach.

Having previously worked for the Department of Public Prosecutions, Candice has experience appearing in the Supreme, District and Magistrates’ Courts on a range of legal matters. She has prepared cases for jury trials and appeared as a prosecutor in bail and sentence hearings and complex committal hearings in the Magistrates’ Court. She is also a member of the Law Institute of Victoria.
